About me

Eugenia Pérez

For more than fifteen years, my life has revolved around movement. Dance has been my first language, and through it, I discovered different paths: performance, teaching, research, and production. This journey led me to train in various schools and to take part in performative experiences that deeply shaped my way of inhabiting the body.

Over time, my interest expanded toward a more holistic vision, where movement is not only technique but also awareness and well-being. That’s why I trained as a yoga and Pilates instructor, disciplines that allowed me to deepen the connection between body, mind, and breath.
In Barcelona, I found a new space to share everything I’ve learned, teaching dance and postural techniques to people of different ages. My way of teaching integrates technical knowledge with special attention to the body and mind, always grounded in listening and respect for each individual’s process.

For me, a class is much more than a workout: it’s a space for connection, a return to what’s essential, and a practice that transforms from the inside out. My purpose is to guide you to develop strength, vitality, and well-being through conscious movement, and to help this habit become an ally in your everyday life.

Integral yoga

A dynamic Vinyasa class where the breath guides each transition, accompanying fluid sequences of asanas that strengthen, stretch, and harmonize the body. The session concludes with a guided meditation, inviting you to integrate the practice in calm and presence, leaving you renewed and in balance.

Contemporary dance

The class begins with alignment and posture exercises that prepare the body to dance. Through modern technique and choreographic sequences, energy is awakened, the body’s possibilities are expanded, and an authentic, personal expression is cultivated. Each session is an experience that promises to lift your spirits and fill you with vitality.

Bodilates

A class designed to strengthen your muscles, improve tone and flexibility, and enhance your overall quality of life.
Through contemporary Pilates and my background as a dancer, I will guide you on a journey toward holistic well-being, helping you learn to use your body efficiently and with proper alignment to enhance your health and energy.
